Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "the Member", "the User", "you", or "your") and Sabatoto (hereinafter referred to as "Sabatoto", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Sabatoto online sports betting and live casino platform, accessible at https://sabatoto.cam (hereinafter referred to as "the Site" or "the Platform").

Sabatoto operates as an online sports betting and live casino platform catering specifically to players located in Malaysia. Our services include, but are not limited to, sports betting (covering Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, UFC, and other leagues), live casino games (including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and Sic Bo), slot games, lottery products, and arcade games, all denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any service provided by Sabatoto, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "Register", "I Agree", or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
• All information you provide during registration and verification is accurate, current, and complete.

These Terms are effective from the date of your Account registration and shall remain in full force until terminated in accordance with the provisions herein. Sabatoto reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain a Sabatoto Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during the operation of your Account:

• Minimum Age: You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Sabatoto strictly prohibits access to its Services by individuals under the age of 21. We enforce mandatory age verification through KYC documentation.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in Malaysia.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Sabatoto platform. Any additional accounts opened by the same individual will be subject to suspension without notice, and any Balance held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• Own Behalf: You must register and operate your Account solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion arrangement, either through Sabatoto's own self-exclusion facility or any external responsible gambling scheme.

Account Registration and Security

To access Sabatoto's Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested in the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, email address, and contact number.

5.1 Account Credentials

Upon successful registration, you will establish a username and password for your Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account. You must not disclose your password to any third party or permit any third party to access your Account.

5.2 Security Obligations

You agree to notify Sabatoto's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account credentials or any other security breach affecting your Account. Sabatoto will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials or from any unauthorised access resulting from your negligence.

5.3 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided at registration and throughout your use of the Platform is truthful and accurate. Sabatoto reserves the right to request updated or additional documentation at any time for verification purposes. Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Sabatoto platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment channels to facilitate deposits and withdrawals, including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrency channels (BTC and USDT, converted to MYR equivalent at point of transaction).

6.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Sabatoto reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits, which may vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance immediately or within a short processing window depending on the payment channel used.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method in the Member's own name that has been verified through KYC.
• All applicable wagering requirements associated with any Bonus Funds in your Account must be fully met before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• Sabatoto targets a withdrawal processing time of 5–30 minutes for e-wallet channels and 1–3 business hours for bank transfer channels, subject to operational conditions.
• Sabatoto reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.
• Withdrawals to cryptocurrency wallets will be processed at the prevailing MYR/cryptocurrency exchange rate at the time of withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

Sabatoto offers various promotional incentives to its Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, VIP cashback, and other time-limited offers. All promotions are subject to the following general terms and to any specific conditions published with each individual offer.

• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. The wagering requirement must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to new registrations only and one per household, device, or IP address.
• Sabatoto reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any statutory obligations.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of applicable wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit promotional offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, providing false information, or placing hedging bets — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all related bonuses and associated winnings.
• Birthday bonuses are issued to verified Members only and are subject to the Member's current VIP tier at the time of the bonus month. Tier-based amounts are illustrative and subject to periodic review.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Sabatoto platform are subject to the following general betting rules in addition to any sport-specific or product-specific rules published on the Platform.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not accepted until Sabatoto's system confirms the transaction and a bet reference number is generated. Sabatoto reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

8.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event of an obvious error in odds or pricing — whether caused by human error, software malfunction, or data feed failure — Sabatoto reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund the corresponding stake. Members will be notified of voided bets as soon as reasonably practicable.

8.3 Event Cancellations and Postponements

If a sporting event (including Liga Super Malaysia matches, EPL fixtures, and other covered leagues) is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, Sabatoto's sport-specific rules will apply regarding settlement. Typically, bets on postponed events are voided if the event does not commence within 24 hours of the original scheduled time.

8.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are available for selected events. All in-play bets are subject to the platform's live betting rules. Sabatoto may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets placed after an event has effectively concluded but before the market is suspended may be voided at Sabatoto's discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Sabatoto platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Sabatoto platform;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Members, game operators, or any third party to manipulate outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Providing false or fraudulent identity documentation during KYC verification;
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments;
• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity through the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN or other circumvention tools;
• Abusing the referral or bonus system through illegitimate means;
• Allowing minors (persons under the age of 21) to access your Account.

Responsible Gambling

Sabatoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that help Members maintain healthy limits. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment and must never be pursued as a source of income or as a means of recovering financial losses.

Sabatoto offers the following responsible gambling tools, accessible through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps on your Account;
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations with periodic activity reminders;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Apply temporary account restrictions for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Request indefinite or long-term exclusion from the Platform via our support team.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Sabatoto platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, software, and the overall platform design, is the property of Sabatoto or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with your authorised use of the Services. You must not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without Sabatoto's express prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sabatoto and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.

In particular, and without limitation, Sabatoto shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from gambling outcomes;
• System downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials;
• Any loss or damage resulting from reliance on information or content published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Sabatoto's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law.

Account Suspension & Termination

Sabatoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, incomplete, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;
• Instruction from a competent authority or regulatory body.

Upon Account termination, any verified real-money balance (net of applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to the Member through their designated payment method following the completion of any applicable investigation or review period. Bonus Funds and associated winnings shall be forfeited in the event of termination for cause.

Members may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting Sabatoto's support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

Amendments to These Terms

Sabatoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Members via email notification to the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Sabatoto platform shall be construed and governed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which the Platform operates.

In the event of any dispute between a Member and Sabatoto, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith through direct communication with Sabatoto's customer support team in the first instance. Members are encouraged to contact us at the details provided in Section 16 before pursuing any formal dispute resolution mechanism.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as designated by Sabatoto.
